4. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our contact form, you agree to the following terms governing SMS/MMS text message communications from Amexco Capital LLC:

  • Consent: You expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Amexco Capital LLC, which may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Following your STOP request, we will send one confirmation message and cease sending marketing texts to that number.
